Same menu same great "Old World Italian Taste" we expanded our restaurant and added a liquor licence (pending final township approval) to better serve our loyal customers.

LOVED IT!

We decided to try this place after we went to a food tasting a few towns over. They were serving their famous meatballs and that was what won us over! They were so delicious, I wish I had a roll to make a sandwich.

This eatery was taken over by new owners approximately 7 months ago. The name has been slightly changed to "La Cucina di Clemenza" Named after this family's famous uncle who portrayed Peter Clemenza in the famous film "The Godfather". Considering myself a foodie and somewhat difficult to please, I have only positive things to say about this family owned business, We had made reservations for six of us on a Wednesday evening. We started with the calamari, shrimp in garlic, olive oil and white wine (yum!) and their famous meatballs with a heap of ricotta in the center. Everyone had a taste of each, and the meatballs ended up the topic of the table!

For entrees I ordered the veal chop Milanese which is a favorite of mine whenever I see it on a menu. You could just not compare to any other place I had ever been. It was done to perfection with such flavor and a heap of arugula salad and shaved Parmesan. It doesn't get any better than that. My husband had the "Sunday Gravy" Combo (Meatball, Italian Sausage and beef Braciole)which is always a favorite. Our friends ordered a few of the specials-orchiette with broccoli rape, Italian sausage(cooked to perfection in a light broth) and double cut pork chop with potatoes and vinegar peppers. Reminded me of a dish we would order at a famous restaurant where I grew up in North Newark named "pork chop "Nicky Newarker".

For dessert I tried the New York cheese cake and it doesn't get any better than that. If your looking for a new eatery, look no further because you'll definitely return as I will very soon.

Short & Sweet ---  This place is one of my new favorites!!
Family owned, amazing hospitality, great service. BYOB. Very nice decor.
Call for reservations because it gets crowded on the weekends.
Very loud on the weekends or the older folks but I hope this wouldn't discourage many people.

I have yet to have a disappointing meal here.
Appetizers (meatballs Amazing!) and dinners have been spot on!!

    Highly recommended!

    Parking stinks in Millburn.

My favorite Italian Resteraunt anywhere. The best Meatballs you'll ever have aside from your Mothers. Great Riceballs too! \

I went here on a friend's recommendation. I go out every Wednesday night with a group of guys for a nice meal and plenty of laughs. We like to try new and various places. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Tables were a nice size to fit your dishes, unlike other places.
We started by trying almost every appetizer on the menu-it's what we do. The meatballs were huge, and delicious. The fish was fresh and well prepared. Their pizza was tasty.  It's a nice place to try and have a delicious Italian meal.
I would recommend La Cucina to my friends. I look forward to going back there sometime.

Hands down my favorite Italian food in the area. It's a small family owned place that is BYOB. It gets crowded, especially on Friday and Saturday nights, so reservations are a big help.  Since it's located on a one-way street parking in front of the place can be a crap shoot, but there are a couple public lots located very close.

Also, some of the older people I have taken here on weekends have complained that it gets a little loud in the dining room, probably due to the brick interior.

My personal favorite dish is the Chicken Oreginata (sp?).
